1 – BOOKING PROCESS
Our booking process is designed to be simple and easy to use. To book a tour with us, you need to provide us with your personal and payment details. Once we receive your booking request and payment, we will send you a confirmation email that includes the details of your tour.
2 – TOUR PRICING
Our tour prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website are inclusive of all taxes and fees, but do not include any additional expenses that you may incur during your tour, such as meals or personal expenses.
3 – CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your tour:
– More than 30 days before the tour date, you will receive a full refund.
– Between 29 and 7 days before the tour date, you will receive a 50% refund.
– Less than 6 days before the tour date, no refund will be provided.
In the rare event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund.
4 – LIABILITY
Our company and our guides strive to offer you a safe and enjoyable tour experience. However, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay that may occur while you are on our tour. We also reserve the right to change or cancel (with refund) any tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control.
5 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us, and we take all necessary measures to protect your personal information. We only collect your personal details for the purpose of booking your tour, and we do not share your information with any third party unless required by law.
6 – CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to make changes or updates to our Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
7 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
For tours abroad, all customers must have their passport with them.
Minor customers must be accompanied by an adult having the power of representation.
Pets are allowed.
Ours vans are not equipped with a ramp. Disabled customers who need assistance in getting on and off the car are requested to organize such assistance themselves.
Customers undertake to inform any health problems.
Swiss Xplorer reserves the right to terminate a tour if the behavior of a client or group is likely to be disruptive, dangerous or upsetting to other people or if such client or group have caused or are likely to cause damage to property.
Adequate health and accident insurance coverage is the responsibility of the customers (including supplementary insurance against sports accidents in case of tours with sports activities).
Clients whose medical condition or fitness level is not appropriate for certain activities may be asked to make alternative arrangements. In those cases, a compensation will not be offered by our company.
Joining a tour under the influence of drugs, medicines or excessive alcohol is not permitted.
Customers are obliged to wear seat belts and kids need to use child safety seats.
Baggage and small articles (coats, mobiles, etc.) are at the owner’s risk throughout the tour. Belongings forgotten in the car after the tour will be returned upon payment of shipping.
Customers undertake to strictly comply the terms of participation. Swiss Xplorer reserves the right to exclude a customer from the tour in case of non-compliance with the terms.
